Everybody was very very helpful and attentive. Location: the hotel was right by the shop next to the water park and the center and the beach park. There was Tree Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed.

The hotel had a great location only a short distance to Polynesian Dinner Show. Took a walk around city center, located not too far from the property.

Facilities were good, but internet connection was terrible.

The water park and game room were a hit with my kids. The spacious rooms easily accommodated our large family. We enjoyed exploring the nearby island. The complimentary access to the Aqua Park was a great bonus, especially for families with young children. The breakfast was delicious and the overall service was good. The beach provided great snorkeling opportunities. Within a short walk, we found Guam Premium Outlet and several good restaurants and fast food options.

We felt extremely welcome and had no complaints at all.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The water park was a blast for both kids and adults. The nearest diner, Shirley's, had a great selection and generous servings. It was just a short 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Plus, there was a supermarket nearby, only a 5-7 minute walk away. The location was also ideal, with The Outlet just a quick and affordable taxi ride away. And if you were traveling with a group of three or more, taking the taxi was definitely worth it. For smaller groups of two or less, the tram was a convenient and affordable option at $4 per person.

During my recent stay at Risonare Guam, I was blown away by the amazing snorkeling experience. The hotel provided complimentary kayaks, allowing me to paddle out to a tiny island where I encountered an abundance of fish. It was truly unforgettable and a highlight of my trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic snorkeling opportunities and beautiful surroundings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. The rooms were a good size, with comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the calming shoreline. The hotel had great facilities, including a water park and marine spots which we enjoyed a lot. We also loved the selection of restaurants inside the resort. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Tumon area and transportation to do water sports. this hotel provided us with an unforgettable vacation and a great experience.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be the addition of a freely usable microwave machine for guests to warm up food purchased outside.
